Great quality photo books with fast shipping times. Needed my book in a hurry, sent an email to ask if possible and support team said no problem, received a shipping email next day and book arrived following day. Would recommend!

Dispatched a Christmas present for a family member missing half the calendar. Took 5 days before they reacted to my email informing them of what I have received. The missing part was then sent out quite quickly but was missing any sincere apology for their incompetence or my embarrassment to gift it in that state. Really poor customer service , did not care and it really showed.

Absolutely amazing quality photo all around. So so impressed with how well every photo turned out since I ordered very small prints (3x3). This was the only site I could find that even offered the size I needed, and they did not disappoint. I will definitely remember them for all my future photo printing needs. LOVE my prints!!! So grateful.

Prints good quality however didn't see that they are matte.

I am pretty disappointed overall. The prints are super expensive and they don't even have the gloss effect of photo paper, you kind of could have printed them at home with the same effect. FreePrints and other websites have a much cheaper service for the same thing if not better? so probably wouldn't buy again which is a shame because I love the small size!

Not someone who normally leaves reviews, but seeing the reaction from my fiancé’s on the photo book i gave her for Christmas compelled me to. Her dad recently passed so took it upon myself to create her a sort of memorial book hoping it will bring back some memories over the years & wow, upon her opening it she was truly blown away! A better reaction than I could have hoped for. Thanks for the quality work & getting it delivered in time! Will be happy to use your service again.

Wonderful Christmas Present

I used Inkifi to create a Christmas present that made my mother incredibly happy. I created a montage frame with 35 photos, it was delivered before Christmas despite me ordering after Inkifi’s recommended last order date. The website was very easy to use, even for someone like me who it’s the best with technology. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

I ordered a Moments Frame and 5 other gallery frames and they arrived in 4 days. The uploading of the photos took some time, but it’s worth it as they can be saved on the website and easily used again. The frames will all make excellent gifts. Can’t fault this service or the final results and I will order again in the future.

I was told there would be a 1-2 turn around for my prints to be sent out, it took 8 days.
I also paid the more expensive DPD delivery charge as on their website they state that this is the only way to get around the Royal Mail strikes. After 11 days I have still not received my prints. Customer service say this is because of the postal strike causing delays (so why is this not on their website, why are they telling you you can get around the strike).
I have still not received a thing and have been told that I can only get a refund if I send the prints back to them. How can you do that if you haven’t received them?
Very shoddy, poorly run, deceitful company…just go to one of the well known reputable companies!

Love love love the frame I have received - the photos are perfect and the compilation looks so chic and professional. I will purchase more items to gift in the future as the frames look so fab for around the home. Be sure to take your time looking at the photos and moving them around online to get the best visual. I was a bit worried that some of them would come out grainy but they all look perfect.

Love my Photo Calendar. There was a delay in it arriving but that was due to the Royal Mail strikes. The website was easy to use and the print quality is fantastic. I like the way I could choose the month that the calendar would start, I went with December this year. I was also able to add special dates such as the family birthdays. This was the first time I have bought from Inkifi but I will do so again.

If I could give less than one star I would. I may as well have just burnt my money. The quality of the photos is TERRIBLE. Like they’ve managed to turn good quality photos so bad you can’t even make out the people in them. Its mind boggling how they’ve managed to be SO BAD. I wrote to them and sent them a photo but they took absolutely no steps to try to rectify the situation. They don’t care. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. Save that hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. From my experience I can’t understand how they have a single positive review.
